Is my journal data private? Yes — everything is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Can I back up my data? Yes — use the export/import buttons on the "Me" tab to save or restore a backup file.
Is there an ad-free option? Not currently — Aurelian is fully free and supported by ads.
