CostTrim is a local fixed-cost and no-spend tracker. The recurring costs, check-ins, notes, categories, and payment labels you enter are stored on your device unless you export a backup yourself.
CostTrim does not operate an account system, server profile, bank connection, card connection, email scan, automatic subscription discovery, or cancellation service. The app does not ask for financial-account passwords.
If you use the export feature, iOS opens a share sheet so you can choose where to save the backup file. Imported backups are processed on device.
CostTrim uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google may process data such as advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, product interactions, crash data, and performance data for advertising and app functionality. In regions where consent is required, CostTrim shows Google's consent flow before requesting ads and provides ad privacy options when required.
