Flintwork is a free interval workout timer — preset and custom routines, an exercise library, and a local workout history log.

Is my workout data private? Yes — everything is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
Can I create my own routines? Yes — use the "New Routine" button on the Routines tab to build one from the exercise library with custom work/rest times.
Is there an ad-free option? Not currently — Flintwork is fully free and supported by ads.
